ItaSaku: "You Don't Belong Here" From Itachi's viewpoint, her innocence could never belong in his dark world of blood and constant death tones calling out to him. He approached her from behind after those just words, surely they enough broke her heart, and it tore his cold heart into thin ribbon shreds. Tenderly, his icy fingers touched the quivering lips, he could smell her tears in the winter air. He could only say he was sorry, lost in this tragedy where he would have to give her up. It was like salt in an open wound when her hand grabbed at his sleeve as tightly as she could like a desperate child. Fondly he remembered her childish hands doing the same oh so many years ago. They stood in a strong effort with Sakura's tears and Itachi's inability to leave. |
